We are in search of an experienced IT Solution Architect. This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT Architecture and will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform and support the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work together with the architecture team to design and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and goals.
Evaluate technologies and products to determine feasibility and compatibility with new and/or existing systems.
Enforce infrastructure development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Identify and resolve issues and risks that may arise during the infrastructure implementation process.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a successful outcome.
Generate supporting documents and documents templates.
Use enterprise architecture tools to capture, analyze, and visualize information about the organization’s processes, systems, data, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development with at least 2 years in an infrastructure architect role
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise level ERP
X++ development experience considered an asset.

We are in search of an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Architect. This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and will be responsible for designing, architecting, and facilitating solutions that continue to enable the success of our global reporting platforms and self-service analytics users.
Core responsibilities will include:
Coordinate with business resources to identify and address data, analytics, and operational reporting requirements
Provide guidance, support, and solution designs for business analyst resources
Provide operational support for existing solutions
Define and enforce analytics development standards, guidelines, and best practices

Skills and experience required:

Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Strong understanding of MS SQL databases including an in-depth knowledge of database structure principles
Familiar with cloud data lakehouse and change data capture technologies
SQL Server Reporting Services development experience considered an asset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
Plan, manage and successfully deliver concurrent medium to large-scale, complex IT-based projects
Work directly with customers, stakeholders, and senior management to deliver on key objectives and project goals while also following best practices to ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
Lead and guide teams of technical and business professionals throughout the project’s delivery.
Ensure the project adheres to the established methodologies and meets the customers’ business requirements while remaining in line with the defined scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

A successful candidate will have:
Project Planning and Management Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive experience in project management with a strong knowledge of the project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Proven experience leading strategic and tactical management of concurrent medium to large-scale technology projects using various technologies.
Ability to develop quality project management artefacts, including charters, project management plans, and multi-year project budgets.
Ability to analyze the project health accurately to identify and manage potential risk events and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Possess a strong working knowledge of business requirements analysis, demand management, problem-solving, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Project Management Professional certification or equivalent working experience will also be taken consideration.
